Day 1 MAP starting strong

Today started out strong. Woke up early ~ took in my Meltdown exercise, recorded my densities, checked postings for the day, even fixed some coffee for my hubby. Had lunch ready to go for work.

Was a zip-a-dee-do-dah, zip-a-dee-day kinda morning. Yippee! Can face the world head on ...

UH OH... Have a feeling i may turn into some kind of ogre tomorrow saying "Fix your own damn coffee !" But for now I'm going to ride this wave.

step back 22

curl/press 32
step thru 9
squat 52



Yes. my step thru VERY LAME. Turns out I have an ankle issue after a bad bike fall 2 weeks ago and the step thru is killing me! So, I have a devious master plan to make up for them and not hurt my ankle. I'll be doing a squat knee lift with a twist at the waist. I think it's a good fill in for the exercise i just can't do right now.

Did Power Circuit at work around 12:30pm
