So glad to be starting a new week. Did excellent over the weekend with the ED, but not so great with the exercise. OK my goal for this coming up weekend is to maintain my workout schedule better. For now heading across to the gym to start my day....
PS - I've started on a personal goal too and I actually did some of it yesterday. Has nothing to do with diet and exercise, but its a spot that really needs to be cleaned up from all the clutter at my house.
